Before you write

Please never email a password, a sign-in link, an identity document, a bank detail or confidential information about your employer. Our sign-in uses one-time codes and we will never ask for your account credentials — if someone does, it is not us.

• Why did my export download with a strange file name? — the studio now names files after you, e.g. Aarav-Mehta-CV.pdf.
